At Meloriskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:

Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
